1. About CNMF
The Concerned Nigerians & Migrants Forum (CNMF) is a registered association (Reg. No: 91181570689) based in Pescara, Italy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CNMF website and membership services.
2. Membership
2.1 Application
Membership is open to all individuals who share CNMF's mission. All applications are subject to review and approval by the CNMF administration. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
2.2 Fees
- Registration fee: A one-time fee of €10 payable upon membership approval.
- Monthly subscription: €5 per month, payable via Stripe (card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay).
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2.3 Member Obligations
As a member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
- Keep your account information up to date
- Not share your login credentials with others
- Act in accordance with the values and code of conduct of CNMF
- Pay applicable membership fees on time
2.4 Termination
You may deactivate your subscription at any time through your member profile. CNMF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these Terms or conduct detrimental to the organisation.
3. Donations
All donations are voluntary and are used to support CNMF's projects and operations. Donations are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds for donations may be requested within 30 days by contacting us.
4. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Submit false or misleading information through any forms
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CNMF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
